Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Greenside, a golf match, scoring, social, subscription, and settlement-tracking app operated by Deep South Software.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using Greenside.

Golf Match and Settlement Tracking

Greenside helps users record golf scores, side games, payment handles, and settlement statuses. Greenside does not custody funds, process peer-to-peer payments, operate wagering pools, set odds, guarantee settlement outcomes, or collect a fee from user settlements. Users are solely responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to their matches and payments.

Subscriptions

Greenside offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for paid features. Subscription pricing, billing period, and included features are shown before purchase in the app. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel in App Store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting your Greenside account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Greenside for illegal activity or to violate golf course, league, payment-provider, or platform rules.
Do not harass users, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Greenside the rights needed to host, display, process, and share that content within app features such as profiles, matches, groups, friends, leaderboards, and settlements.

Third-Party Services

Greenside may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, push notification services, storage providers, and payment apps. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Greenside is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, payment completion, or that user-entered information is accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep South Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or user settlement disputes.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Greenside after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
